February 2010 - EUGeneHeart-Partner Apeiron to announce Multi-Million Euro Deal
APEIRON Biologics AG (Apeiron) will announce at BioSquare 2010 in Geneva the closing of a multi-million Euro out-licensing deal with one of the world's top-5 pharmaceutical companies.
Under the terms of the agreement Apeiron transfers exclusive worldwide rights regarding the biotherapeutic APN01 for the treatment of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) and other diseases. Apeiron closed this deal without previous venture capital investment.
